To schedule a tattoo appointment, please fill out the form below. Include your contact information and all relevant information about the tattoo you are looking to receive. If you would like to send reference images, you may email the files to daggertats@gmail.com with your name in the Subject line.
Once I have received your inquiry, I will contact you regarding scheduling your appointment. I try to reply to all emails within 48 hours, so please allow some time for me to process your request. Please review the Frequently Asked Questions page for any questions you may have.
